ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Rainier BAAMFest (Beach Arts & Music Fest) is a signature event of the Rainier Beach Merchants Association, and the next generation of community arts celebration in Rainier Beach, focusing on the rich diversity of cultures and creativity in our midst with a high level of community involvement in the planning and execution of the event. This event follows in the footsteps of Art Walk Rainier Beach and Summerfest which were previously produced by Rainier Beach Merchants Association and SEEDArts.

BAAMFest 201 drew crowds that some estimated were 10,000 Strong. Positive press coverage reached an all-time high for Rainier Beach as a result of this event, and the community is anticipating another excellent event in 2017.

Generous sponsors include Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, Seattle Office of Economic Development‘s Only in Seattle program, Seattle Parks & Recreation, South Seattle Emerald, and a host of your favorite local businesses and community organizations. /a>.
